Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Titan Digital Hub, owned and operated by Waqas Siddiqui (waqas360). By requesting a quote, approving a proposal or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Titan Digital Hub provides website design and development, search engine optimization, digital marketing, social media marketing, branding and creative design, e-commerce solutions and video editing. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (by proposal, quote, email or message) before work begins.

Quotes and Payments

  • Prices are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise.
  • Projects are usually billed in milestones, for example an advance payment before work starts and the balance on completion or at agreed stages.
  • Every payment is supported by an invoice issued by Titan Digital Hub.
  • Payments are accepted through Payoneer or other methods agreed with the client.
  • Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid after its due date.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide the content, feedback, approvals and access needed to complete the project on time. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline.

Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds agreed in the proposal. Additional changes or new requirements outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.

Third-Party Services

Hosting, domains, plugins and other third-party services are governed by their providers’ terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.

Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services with professional care. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new projects from the date shown above.
